  1. Take 6 Raw Bananas. Boil them with 1 whistle at high flame and simmer for 5 minutes at low flame.

  3. Add all the spices- salt, red chilli, ginger powder, cumin seed powder, chaat masala, Cornflour, salt. Mix everything nicely.
  4. Wet your palm with water. Roll the material in ball shape and gently press it into tikki shape as shown in image.
