  13. 1 tsp Black Peppercorns: Freshly Cracked
  14. 2 Tempering Spices: Bay Leaves
  15. 8-10 Curry Leaves
  16. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  17. 1/4 tsp Hing/Asafoetida
  18. 3-4 Fresh Green Chillies
  19. 4-5 Cloves
  20. 1 ” Cinnamon Stick
  21. 4-5 Green Cardamoms: Split
  22. 1/4 tsp Turmerics
  23. 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  24. 1 Handful: Cashews, Broken
  25. 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice: To avoid it becoming soggy
  26. 1/4-12 Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves: Finely Chopped
  27. 3-4 tbsps Ghee/Cooking Oil or Both

  1. First Up: Wash well & soak the Sabudana for at least 4-6 hrs time & for better results (as is my own family needs), it’s always better to soak overnight & next morning, finally strain it & let it dry up organically quite substantially to be free flow & not soggy or sticky at all

Once that’s done: Mix into it the Sabudana, rest other seasonings & the dry spices- Mix everything well together until nicely combined and well blended- Once everything is well mixed & finely incorporated- Turn off the flame, add in some freshly chopped coriander leaves, give it a gentle mix- Add in a dash of fresh lemon juice to prevent it from sogginess
