- Finish off the stew with chopped coriander.Remove the bay leaves.In a bowl mix the cheese and breadcrumbs.Line a roasting or baking dish with butter at the base and sides.pour in some macaroni and mix in the minced meat stew.Top with the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
- Place in an oven on broil to melt the cheese for approximately 10 minutes.Serve when hot.
