  14. 1 tbsp cornflour + 3tbsp water mixture (for sealing papads) Oil to Shallow Fry
  15. For Gravy
  16. 2 tablespoons Ghee
  17. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  18. 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  19. 1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
  20. 1/2 cup Onion Paste
  21. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  22. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  23. 1 tsp Cumin Seed
  24. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  25. 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  26. 1 cup Fresh Tomatoes Puree
  27. to taste Salt
  28. 3 tbsp Fresh Cream

Steps to make to make Veg Patiala

  1. In pan take oil. As per papad roll ingredients list give tadka with spices then toss the veg and dry fruit powder. Cook for 5-7 min Cut the papad into half.. wet it little with water to make soft.
  2. Add stuffing in between roll it with the help of cornflour mixture. Fry this roll into oil.
  3. For Gravy Heat the oil in pan. Give the tadka with Cumin and fennel seed. Add ginger garlic paste heat for 1 min add onion paste heat it till brown.
  4. Now add tomato puree. Once cooked add remaining spices. Again cook it with adding little water. Then add cream
  5. Now add papad roll in gravy. Heat for min. Garnish it with paneer and coterie der. If u like crunchy roll then keep some side, in pic I put it on above gravy.
