  1. .....mix dry ingredients with oil and butter then bind with warm water to softer dough and let it rise... Grease 2-3 trays, punch back the dough and make 2-3 balls, roll each and lay on the tray, finish rolling all press with thumb all over to get dents on the top of the dough leaving 1" space on between.... Let the dough rise.... brush with olive oil or beaten egg and sprinkle rosemary all over the dough then bake on 200°C till it's browned up...
  2. Toppings:....sprinkle the toppings and just before serving bake on 220°C for 5mins... serve hot....
