- 1 tbsp Kaffir Lime Leaves: Finely Chopped- If available
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves: Finely Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Fresh French Beans: Finely Chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice: Optional (Recommend though)
- As Required Cooking Oil: Sufficient for the Shallow Fry (Preferably, Canola/Sesame/Coconut Oil)

- To begin with: Wash the Fish Fillets well (I’ve used Basa), cup into small or moderate chunks- Marinate with some fresh lemon juice, salt & black pepper powder & some red chilli sauce- Set aside for about at least 15-30 mins time- Get ready with rest other ingredients for the furtherance of the rest of the cooking process

- Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame: Add in the required quantity of oil for its shallow frying- Dip your hands in plain water and with the help of a spoon, scoop out each portion from the mixture- Shape it up nicely with your fingers & palms (it needn’t be all perfected at all from its edges)- Shallow fry them in batches until evenly dark golden brown in colour from all its sides
- While frying them: Maintain the heat all along in the medium-low- Once done: Strain them with a slotted spoon/spatula and keep on placing them in a separate plate/bowl/dish, lined up with a kitchen towel or tissues to absorb/soak its excess oil…
