  4. 1/2 cup green peas
  5. 4 medium size tomato chopped
  6. 2-3 green chilli
  7. 1/2 cup french beans chopped
  8. 2 whole red chilli
  9. 10-12 cashew nuts
  10. 4-6 garlic pod
  11. 3 tbsp garlic chopped
  12. 1 inch ginger
  13. 2 bay leaves
  14. 2-3 green cardamom
  15. 1 cinnamon stick
  16. 2-3 cloves
  17. as required Few whole black pepper
  18. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  19. 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  20. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  21. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  22. 1 tsp kasuri methi powder
  23. 2 tbsp fresh cream
  24. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  25. As per requirement Few ginger Julienne
  26. 1 tbsp ghee
  27. as per taste Salt
  28. As per requirement oil

Steps to make to make Vegetable Handi

  1. In a handi heat oil. Add sliced onion. Cook the onion on medium flame till golden in colour. Take it out from the pan.
  2. In the same oil fry paneer cubes. After 1-2 minute take it out from the pan.
  3. Add cashew nuts in the same oil. Fry them till golden in colour. Add chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic pod, whole red chilli. Add salt. Cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add one cup water. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Switch the flame off and it to cool down.
  5. Transfer it in a mixer grinder along with fried onions. Make a fine paste.
  6. In the same handi add oil. Add diced carrot, peas and french beans. Cook the vegetables on high flame. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Take it out from the pan.
  7. Now add one tbsp of ghee in the same handi. Add chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, whole black pepper and bay leaves.
  8. Cook them medium flame till the garlic turns golden brown.
  9. Add Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook on low flame. When oil releases then add some water in it.
  10. Add prepared gravy. Cook for 6-8 minutes. Add all the veggies and fried paneer. Stir well. Cook for 5-6 minutes on high flame.
  11. Now lower the flame and add fresh cream, garam masala and kasuri methi powder. Mix well. Add fresh coriander leaves. Switch off the flame. Garnish with ginger Julienne and fried cashew nuts and serve.
