  3. Keep stirring until oil seperates, now add onion, almond paste saute it add chopped vegetables add glass of water and adjust the consistency.. add salt.. cover the lid cook for 10minutes
  4. Take out the lid add saffron infused water, kasoori methi, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.. and it's done..serve with roti/paratha..
