- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Chilli sauce
- 2-3 tablespoon Tomato sauce
- 4 tablespoon All purpose flour
- 3 tablespoon Corn flour
- For frying Oil
Steps to make to make Manchurian
- Heat a tablespoon of oil Drain excess water from grated cabbage and carrot and keep that liquid aside.
- Now combine cabbage, carrot, french beans, 2 green chillies, 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste, all purpose flour and 2 tablespoon corn flour, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl and mix them well.
- Now heat oil in a frying pan, make small balls of above mixture and deep fry them.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add 2 Green chillies and chopped garlic cloves in it and saute it well.
- Now add onion, capsicum and salt in it and saute it till it become soft.
- Then add vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce in it and cook it well.
- Meanwhile, mix a tablespoon of corn flour in a cup of water and pour it in the above mixture then left vegetable juice and water if required.
- Now drop fried balls in this gravy cook it well and switch off the flame.
- Your manchurian is ready to serve now.
