- 8 Slices Garlic Baguette/ Bread

- Pat dry the salmon, sprinkle a pinch of sea Salt & pepper (don't add too much salt as we are going to serve with Teriyaki sauce) and pan fry in in little olive oil, first put the fish with skin on side in the pan. Fry it for 3-5 minutes on both side. While plating / serving take off the skin before you pour the cooked sauce.
- Blanch the Carrot, beans and broccoli. Take olive oil and saute the sliced mushrooms and then add the blanched vegetables and saute for few minutes. Add salt and pepper. Plate the veggies, bread and salmon.
