  2. 1/2 Cup Curd

  4. 1/4 Cup Carrots
  5. 1/4 Cup French beans
  6. 1/4 Cup Capsicum
  7. 1/4 Cup Tomatoes
  8. 1/4 Cup Coriander leaves
  9. 1/4 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
  10. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  11. 1/2 tspGingerGarlic paste
  12. 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  13. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  14. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  15. 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  16. 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  17. 1/2 tsp jeera seeds
  18. 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  19. Salt as preferred
  20. 2-3 tsp Cooking oil

Instructions to make to make Sooji Handvo

  1. Take a big bowl add Semolina and curd mix well and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes add ginger and Garlic paste, Salt, Garam Masala, coriander powder, Red chilli flakes and Vegetables and small amount of water to blend everything well.
  3. Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder and keep the bowl closed for not more than 5 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a non stick skillet add 1 tsp Mustard seeds, sesame seeds and brown jeera seeds when they start to crackle add the Rava Handvo mix.
  5. Keep the stove on medium flame and close the lid for 10 minutes then gently take the Rava Handvo to a plate then slowly place the uncooked side to the after add oil to it skillet.
  6. Cook the other side for 7 minutes keep a lid of the skillet.
  7. By this time your delicious Rava Handvo will be ready You can either make it as Utappam or as vegetable cake.
