- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds: Optional (I’ve used)
- 10-12 Fresh Curry Leaves
- 2 Dry Red Chillies: Broken
- 1 Onion: Finely Chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger: Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds: Optional (Garnish)
- 1/8 Cup Peanuts: Gently Toasted- Optional
