- Stir and simmer for 8-10min. If needed add water. Countisency should be neither thick nor thin.
- For roasting pav- Heat the tawa add butter spread it add pav bhaji masala mix it put on pav rotate it all over melted butter. Serve hot with top it up butter chopped onion green coriander leaves lemon wedges.
