Yee Mee is the type of Noodles, which I always asked my Sister in law to bring for me from Malaysia. It is crispy but when it goes into Sauce, it turns soft. It is unique in taste. I make with 2 variation; one is with soup which I have already shared earlier and the other one is Goreng Goreng (fried). My daughter and I love this noodle but my husband has always said NO to this. Fortunately, yesterday when it was 9 and I was still busy with work, my daughter suggested to make this. But with Sausage so again a problem as he doesn’t like sausage. So I need to make with 2 variations. I took it small breast piece of chicken, defrost it, cut vegetables and make it. This is the easiest and quick recipe of noodle.
