- To a mixing bowl add chopped onions, tomato, french beans, cabbage
- Now add besan, salt, eggs (or hung curd), Turmeric powder, garam masala powder, oil and water
- Mix well to get the following consistency

- Once the oil is hot and nice, add the batter Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat until the top surface seems dry Then flip over the side and cover to cook for another 3 minutes
