  1. 300 g Basmati Rice
  2. 700 ml water
  3. as per taste Salt
  4. 2tbsp doil
  5. For frying
  6. 3 tbsp oil
  7. Handful chopped garlic
  8. 1tbsp ginger
  9. as required Vegetables (finally chopped carrot, spring onion, onion, capsicum, French beans)
  10. as required Soya sauce, Vinegar, red chilli sauce,
  11. as per taste salt
  12. as required Spring onion for garnishing

Instructions to make to make Fried Rice

  1. Take a pot and add water and salt, let it boil
  2. After boiling add oil and Rice in high flame for 5 to 10min(High flame will increase the size of Rice) now Put the flame on medium and boil the rice
  3. After boiling the Rice, strain with the help of strainer and spread the rice.
  4. Heat a saucepan on a high flame.. Add 3tbsp oil and add ginger and garlic sauté for a minute
  5. Now add carrots, onion, capsicum and beans..don’t cook them over Jst sauté for 2 to 3minutes on high flame
  6. Now add 2 tbsp soya sauce,2tbsp vinegar, and 2tbsp red chilli sauce Sauté for a minute
  7. Add spring onion at this stage After one minute Add boiled rice and mix it well
  8. Fried Rice are ready... garnish with some spring onion and serve them with manchurian gravy..
