- Cut cabbage to 4 quarters and keep them immersed in lukewarm water for 3 -4 min. Drain water chopped finely.You can also process all veggies in a food processor.Mince ginger & garlic paste
- Add to prepared veggies,corn flour,Maria, ginger garlic paste & salt to mixing bowl. Mix everything well.
- Make 🍋 lemon sized balls.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for deep frying,Frying on medium flame.After few seconds of frying you can keep stirring and fry until they turn golden,drain balls.
- For gravy
- Heat oil in a pan,then add ginger garlic paste,after add onions, capsicum Sautefor1-2 min. While these frying dissolve corn flour in water.
- Lower the heat add soya sauce,chilli sauce & chilli paste.
- Stir gently and pour water, after add vinegar, salt to suit your taste.
- Keep stirring and cook on a medium flame.Do not cook gravy thick.
- Switch off the gas and allow the sauce to cool for 1-2 min.
- Add balls tothe sauce.
- Also serve Veg Manchurian with Fried Rice.
