- 2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour
- 4 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp salt or to taste
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp water
- As needed Oil for deep frying

- In a wok, heat oil for deep frying. And start frying these on a medium high flame till they turn golden brown.
- Drain off the excess oil. And take all these out on a paper cloth.
