  6. 1 Carrot cut in julions,
  7. 1/2 chopped cabbage,

  10. 2 tbsp. Red Chilli sauce,
  11. 2 tbsp tomato sauce,
  12. 2 tbsp soya sauce,
  13. as per need white vinegar
  14. 1 tbsp Black pepper

Steps to make to make Noodles

  1. In the starting boil the noodles 90%, wash it with cold water,polish with refined oil and keep aside to cool down. Dissolve the corn flour in cold water make a slurry. Cut the vegetables according to desired shape.
  2. Chopped garlic and cabbage separately.
  3. Now In a Kadhai heat oil and add garlic try it till golden brown and add all the veggies and saute.
  4. After frying vegetables now add chopped cabbage and saute all until smoothen.
  5. Now add salt and black pepper in it.
  6. Now add all the 3 sauces & white vinegar and mix it well. Do not fry too much now.
  7. Now add noodles in 2 parts and mix well.
  8. Tangy tangy veg Chilli Garlic Noodles are ready to serve. Enjoy it.
