  1. 2 Onions chopped
  2. 2 Tomatoes chopped
  3. 1 cup chopped Capsicum
  4. 1 Potato large cubed
  5. 1/2 cup French Beans
  6. 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. 1 tsp Salt
  9. 2 Green Chillies chopped
  10. 1/2 cup Green Peas
  11. 5-6 tbsp Butter
  12. 1 tsp Oil
  13. 2 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
  14. 3-4 tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves
  15. as needed Pav Buns

Instructions to make to make Homestyle Pav Bhaji

  1. Heat Butter in a pressure cooker. Add Garlic mince along with the chopped Onions. Saute until light pink and translucent. Add the veggies one by one. Stir in for a while. Pop in the chopped Tomatoes at the end. Add all the spices along with the Pav Bhaji masala and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add a cup of water and pressure cook on a high heat for 5-6 whistles. Let the pressure settle down on it's own before opening the lid. Mash all the Vegetables well. Adjust Salt and add more of Butter too. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves and serve hot with a generous dollop of Butter.
  3. Enjoy with your loved ones on any day for a yummy Snacking time or even for Dinner just like I did. It's a perfect Brunch idea too. It's a lovely fusion of beautiful array of Vegetables in myriad colours and hue. Happy Eating!
