  1. Firstly take all d above ingredients together, chopped all the veggies.
  2. Heat d kadhai add ghee n add rava into d melted ghee mix it well n roast continously stiring.
  3. Now our rawa is roasted transfer to d other plate.
  4. In d same kadhai heat n pour oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds n urad dal n saute for a minutes, now add chopped onion n green chilli, curry leaves n cook till d onion colour change.
  5. Now add chopped French beans green peas, salt n chopped tomatoes.
  6. Mix it well n cook for five minutes, after that add roasted Rava.
  7. Mix it nicely n add water, lemon juice n some Corainder leaves mix it well n cover d lid n cook for five to ten minutes.
  8. After ten minutes open d lid again add come Corainder leaves n mix it well now our delicious healthy neutricious n tasty n yummy sooji rava upma is ready to serve.
