- First chop all the vegetables in a chopper. Now add water and oil and boil the hakka noodles. Then remove the hot water from the noodles and add cold water.
- Now add corn flour in these noodles, mix and fry in hot oil till very crispy golden brown.
- Now heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic and cook on low flame for a while.
- Now add chopped onion, chopped French beans, chopped carrot, chopped cabbage and mix for 1 minute.
- Then add soy sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and black pepper powder and mix well
- Now add water, mix and cook on low flame. Now add a little water in the corn flour on the other side, make a slurry, add it to the soup and mix well. (Add water as thin or thick as you want the soup)
- Now add chopped green coriander leaves and chopped green onion, mix well and turn off the gas flame.
