Steps to make to make Pav Bhaji

  1. Take all the vegetables wash them properly and cut roughly and put all them in pressure cooker with 3cups of water and get 4 whistle.
  2. Mash the boiled vegetables gently with potatoes masher.You can mash cooked veggies in texture as per your likes, small chunks or smooth
  3. Heat the pan with cooking oil and butter together in a medium flame.Add Cumin Seeds If it starts cracking add Onions chopped saute for 1 minutes now add Ginger garlic Paste saute onions turns translucent.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and add salt saute until tomatoes turn soft.Now add all the boiled mashed vegetables and Pav Bhaji masala and give a quick mix to all of them.
  5. Now mix all the spices and again mix all properly put the flame low and cover with the lid.Cook in low flame for 7 minutes.
  6. Now gravy is almost thick now and turn off the flame.Now cut the Pav Buns in horizontal into halves. Heat taw over medium flame add butter and placed the Buns over it. Flip the other side and Transfer to the plate.
  7. Serve hot Bhaji garnish with cube of butter and chopped onions, Lemon wedges and Roasted buttery Pav.
