- 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
- 1 spoon chopped celery (optional)
- 1/4 spoon black peper powder / white pepper powder as required
- 2 spoon soya sauce as required
- 3 cup water / veg. stock
- 6 spoon cornstarch dissolves in 2 spoon water
- 1/2 spoon vinegar
- as per taste Salt
- For fried noodles -
- 1/3 cup cooked noodles
- as required Cooking oil for frying
Instructions to make to make Veg. Manchaow Soup
- Chopped all veggies keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok / pan add red chillies ginger garlic chopped saute add chopped onions saute add chopped mushroom french beans stir fry till till mushroom get lightly brown from the edges.
- Add grated carrot shredded cabbage capsicum stir fry add soya sauce black peper powder add water / veg stock salt simmer it for 5-min.
- Add cornstarch paste stir well let soup thicken add vinegar.
- Switch off flame stir add black pepper powder stir again. Serve soup hot topped with fried noodles.
- For fried noodles Cook the noodles then add them to oil for frying. Fry them till they crisp drain them on kitchen pepper towels.
