  1. Roughly chop all the vegetables for Manchurian balls and finely chop in chopper.
  2. In a big bowl, add chopped veggies, cornflour, all-purpose flour, black pepper powder and salt. Mix all to make dough like mixture, add a little water if needed. Then grease your palm and prepare small balls.
  3. Heat paniyaram pan, add a few drops of oil in each cavity. Fill cavities with balls, cover it and let it cook.

  7. Add mixed sauce and cook for a while. Then add cornflour slurry and saute it. You wil lnotice, sauce starts thickening, if needed add 1-3 tbsp water.
  8. Add pan fried Manchurian balls and vinegar. Mix well and after a few seconds turn off the flame. Garnish with spring onion greens.
  9. Enjoy hot Manchurians.
