- For stuffing:- In a pan heat oil. Add green chili ginger garlic paste and saute for sometimes. Add french beans and saute for sometimes. Add spring onion, carrot, cabbage and capsicum and saute on high flame. Keep vegetables crunchy.
- Add salt, black pepper powder, red chili sauce, soya sauce and vinegar. Mix well. Last mix chopped green leaves of spring onion. Stuffing is ready. Cool down at room temperature.
- For outer layer:- Mix all purpose flour and salt. Add required amount of water and make lump free and pouring consistency batter.
- Heat nonstick tawa. Pour ladleful of batter and spread in circular motion. Allow it to cook for sometime. Then flip that side, cook other side too. (Cook on low to medium flame. Make sure spots should not be occur.) Prepare all layers like this.
- In a small bowl take 2 teaspoon flour and required water. Mix well and make lump free thick mixture. Take a layer. Put 2-3 tablespoon stuffing. Fold it from lower end. Fold from both sides. Apply prepared flour mixture at the edges. Then fold and make roll.
- Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and crisp. Cut into halves and enjoy hot with tomato sauce.
