- After 30 mins add egg and cornflour and maida.
- Keep oil for frying and fry it in batches on medium flame
- Now for gravy add oil in pan. Now add garlic and ginger and white of spring onions.
- Now add add the sauces and mix well. Add slurry of cornflour and boil for 5 mins till gravy thickens. Add chicken pieces and adjust the gravy according to your requirement. Add spring onions greens to it.
