- First of all wash and pat dry all the vegetables. Cut french beans and carrots into 1 inch pieces. Cut cauliflower into florets.
- Now blanch all the vegetables separately into boiling water and take them out in a colander. Do not boil the vegetables, just cook them for 4 to 5 minutes so that vegetables are tender but crisp. Spread all the vegetables on a kitchen towel and let it dry for 3 to 4 hours under the fan.
