  5. Now take a kadhai, add 1 Big Spoon Oil to it & turn the gas on medium flame.
  6. When oil gets heated up, add 1/2 Teaspoon Jeera, 1/2 Tea Spoon Ajwain & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.
  7. When they start sizzling, add finely chopped Ginger & Green Chillies in them & cook them for 1-2 minutes.
  8. After 1-2 minutes, add chopped aloo pieces in it & cook them for 3-4 minutes.
  9. After 3-4 minutes, add chopped French Beans pieces in it & mix them properly.
  10. Now add 1/2 Tea Spoon Haldi Powder, 1 Tea Spoon Laal Mirch Powder. 1 Tea Spoon Dhaniya Powder, 1/2 Tea Salt & 1/2 Tea Spoon Black/ Rock Salt in it & mix them properly.
  11. Cook them for 5-6 minutes so that aloo & beans turn soft.
  12. After 5-6 minutes, add 1/2 Tea Spoon Garam Masala in it & mix them properly.
  13. Your Aloo Beans Ki Sabzi is ready to be Served.
