- Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic chopped ginger saute for a min. Add sprouted moong On high flame add onion slices and saute now add chopped capsicum carrot slice french beans and toss all vegetables. Now add spring oniin white part and cooked rice.
- Now add all sauces like soya sauce red chilli saice vinegar and salt mix well. Lastly add cabbage crushed black pepper and spring onion. Mix properly and serve. Tasty healthy Fried rice is ready to serve.
