  1. First steam brown rice by adding cloves, bay leaf, black pepper & cinnamon & spread prepared rice on the plain plate so it will cool completely.

  3. Now chopped onions, capsicum & take 1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste & 1/2 spoon green chili paste Take 5 green chilies & cut them in vertically Cut paneer into small cubes.
  4. Heat ghee in pan & fry paneer cubes for two minutes & then remove on a plate.
  5. In the same pan add green chili which we had cut vertically then add green chili & ginger garlic paste & cook it for two minutes.
  6. Then add onions & stir them gently till they become translucent & then add chopped capsicum & stir fry for two minutes & add a little salt to it.
  7. Then add boil veggies & stir it gently & then add dry spices (garam masala & spice powder) & mix it properly then add fried paneer cubes.
  8. Now stir it gently so that paneer does not break & then add chopped coriander & stir it.
  9. Now add brown rice in it & mix it thoroughly & close the lid for five minutes After it opens the lid & mixes it thoroughly & serve brown rice paneer pulav with shorba (it is a gravy which we can eat with pulav or biryani) Your healthy diet pulav is ready to Serve.
