- Take all the chopped Veggies and put it in a bowl and add water and steam the vegetables in a steamer for 5-8 minutes.
- After steaming start by mashing the vegetables. Don't mash too much or else it will remove moisture which is not good.
- Then add the masala and 1/4 cup powdered poha and coriander leaves in the minced veggies for the crisp from inside.
- Mix all the Veggies nicely. Then make the coating. Add the rice flour and water in a bowl. Mix them so that there is a flowing consistency and the cutlets can be coated. And in another bowl add the poha.

- Then heat up a kadai and add the oil and heat it up. Then add the veg cutlets by coating in the rice flour and then the poha fry until you get a light golden brown colour.
