- In a wok or Kadai, heat oil, add ginger, garlic, green chili, onion, and saute for a min.
- Now add dry red chilli, then add carrot, cabbage, mushrooms, french beans and saute for 2 - 3 mins on high flame.
- Then add soya sauce, salt, black pepper powder, sugar, and water, boil it for 5 - 6 mins.
- Add vinegar and boil it for a minute. Add spring onions, coriander leaves. Mix it. Add the slurry and stir continuously until thickened.
- Serve hot garnished with fried noodles 🍜
