  4. 1/4 cup pizza cheese (grated)

  1. In a mixing bowl, put wheat flour, oats, potatoes, cheese, butter, salt, black pepper powder and mixed herbs. Mix all well. Made for kids so added less pepper, but certainly increase the amount, it tastes awesome.
  2. Now gradually add water and make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes. Next, knead the dough little bit after resting. Divide into equal small portions. Roll out the dough into thick rotis.
