- Heat oil put 1 cup besan and keep roasting till it is brown colour in between when half roasted add cumin seeds...
- Now mix 1/4 cup besan in water and mix with the roasted besan...
- Now put atleast 3 glasses of water add tomatoes chopoed curry leaves salt haldi red chilli green chilli and boil..
- After 1st boil add french beans and cluster beans
- Put the flame on low When they are half tender add potatoes and let it boil....
- When potatoes are cook add tamarind pulp and all last add lady fingers by giving a slit in between.
- Let it boil on low flame adjust the curry thickness accordindly
- Add sum water in between if it is thick..
- After the first boil let it boil on low flame till the raw smell of besan disappears and oil floats on top.
- Garnish with coriander and enjoy with white rice..
- Note..The more you boil the curry it taste better..
