- 500 gram Basmati rice
- 1 tsp ginger paste and garlic paste
- 1 cup spring onion, cabbage, capsicum finely chopped
- 4 tbl spoon dark soya sauce
- As needed Oil
- as per taste salt

- 1 st make basmati rice and put it in room temperature.
- For veg Manchurian take all ingredients and mix well. And make small balls.put in fridge for 30 minutes. And deep fry in medium flame.
- For gravy take pan on hit. Add oil when oil hit add garlic, ginger, chily and mix well. Saute it 1 minute. Now add soya sauce and other ingredients. And mix well. Now add water and boiled water, now add maida and mix it. Now when it boiled off gas.
- Now for veg fried rice in pan add oil on medium flame. Now add garlic, onion and mix. Now add rice and mix it with medium to high flame. Add all vegetables and mix well. Add salt, dark soya sauce, green chili paste and mix in law flame. Now ready to eat.
