  1. In a pan, heat 1/2 teaspoon (out of 1 tablespoon) oil. Add onions, whole garam masalas, cashews, tomatoes, beetroot garlic, ginger and little coriander leaves. Saute well and add pinch of salt. Add water and let them cook well.

  5. For the tadka, heat a charcoal. I always use coconut shell whenever I don't find Charcoal. Heat well on the gas stove till it is red hot. Place a onion slice in the centre of the sabhzi Keep the hot shell piece on it. Add the melted ghee and immediately cover the kadhai with a lid.
  6. Remove the lead after 10-15 minutes and take out the shell along with the onion slice very carefully. Discard it. Garnish phool Gobhi with some coriander leaves and serve with some rice or roti.
