- First, heat 2 tbsp oil and fry french beans and carrot for 2 minutes. Take out and keep aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining oil, fry chopped onion till golden. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomato and salt. Add 1/4cup water and cook for 5-6minutes on medium flame. Add all powdered spices except garam masala powder. Mix well.
- Add potato cubes, cook for 2-3minutes then add other vegetables. Add 1/2cup water. Cover and cook till done.
- Add paneer cubes, mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3minutes.Add garam masala piwder and kasuri methi.Put off the flame.
- Serve with roti /paratha /rice.
